Who we are

This site (Sequenex, sequenex.hlavac.business) is operated as a marketing website. Contact: info@sequenex.com.

What personal data we collect

The contact form collects the name, email address and message you enter and, with your explicit consent, submits them to our server so we can reply by email. We also record the page URL, a timestamp and your IP address with that submission to secure the form and to evidence your consent. Aside from that, this is a static site with no accounts.

Analytics (consent-gated)

We use Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies in our consent banner. If you decline, no analytics scripts or cookies load. See our Cookie Policy for the specific cookies.

Server logs

Our hosting infrastructure processes standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) transiently to deliver pages and protect against abuse. These are not used to build a profile of you and are not shared for marketing.

Email you send us

If you email us (including via the contact form), we retain that correspondence only as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records.

How long we keep your data

We keep contact-form submissions and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last interaction, then delete them — unless a longer period is required to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) together with our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry (Art. 6(1)(f)).

Withdrawing consent & erasure

You can withdraw your consent or request erasure of your personal data at any time; we complete erasure requests within 30 days, unless we must keep certain records to comply with a legal obligation. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out beforehand, and you may lodge a complaint with your data-protection supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, email us at info@sequenex.com
